My client is looking for ServiceNow Developer and is willing to offer the ServiceNow Lead role. Below are the details about the job. 

Permanent Role: Rate: 55K-65K GBP/Annum (for candidates seeking visa sponsorship) 
                                         : 60K-65K GBP/Annum (for candidates Not seeking visa sponsorship) 

Location: Manchester (2 days Onsite and 3 remote) Willing to travel to the office Experience: 4+ years Visa: Sponsorship will be provided 

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Leading a team of engineers to deliver winning products.
  • ITIL Qualification or experience/skills Demonstrate experience of working in a large-scale organization of Service Now
  • Experience of delivering new configuration and functionality to the ServiceNow Production instance in line with the DWP Software Delivery Lifecycle.
  • Ability to complete stories assigned or escalate blockers to ensure that development is completed to expected standards and is delivered within timescales Attend and participate in Agile ceremonies.
  • Ability to complete development of user stories
  • Experience in building, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow features, applications, and integrations
  • Experience of reviewing code and configuration changes made by other members of the delivery team to ensure compliance with organization Standards
  • Providing support and guidance to members of the delivery teams and acting as a point of technical escalation
  • Experience of building and testing simple integrations, or can work on more complex integration as part of a wider team
  • Experienced in JavaScript within the ServiceNow platform, knowledge of the Glide API. – Working Level
  • Current ServiceNow platform Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ hand on Development experience on the platform
  • Service Experience in configuring and developing features and applications within the ServiceNow product.
  • Core Platform – Level 3 (Practitioner) ITSM Module – Level 2 (Working)
  • Project and Portfolio Management module – Level 1 (Awareness) ATF Configuring and maintaining – Level 1 (Awareness) Integration Hub – Level 1 (Awareness)
  • Self-Service Portal – Level 1 (Awareness) Virtual Agent & NLU – Level 1 (Awareness) Performance Analytics – Level 1 (Awareness)
  • Technical Skills: Information Security (DDaT) Problem Management (DDT) Service Focus (DDaT) Technical Breadth (DDaT)
  • 3rd Line Support for incidents, problems, and changes

Ideal Profile

Requirements

  • You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • You should have at least 1 ServiceNow certification
  • You have at least 10 years of experience, ideally within a Software Engineer role.
  • Knowledge of Angular. HTML, CSS
  • You possess strong knowledge of AngularJS.
  • Expertise in Agile development would be highly valuable.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
