An integration specialist with strong knowledge of ServiceNow is currently needed.
Rate: £350-£400/Day (Outside IR35)
Duration: 6 months (extendable)
Location: Barnwood (Initially Remote, Flexible working post Covid)
Requirements
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Platform Development – Business Rules, Tables, Script Includes, Client Script, Scheduled Jobs, ACLs etc.
- ServiceNow discovery module set up, troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud discovery – Including VM, Cloud Resource, IP address discovery
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud discovery- Including VM, Cloud Resource, IP address discovery
- Experience in Cloud API to get resources from Azure and AWS
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues for cloud resource discoveries
- Knowledge is debugging pattern logs, identifying gaps in Probe trigger, detecting anomalies
- MID Server Set Up, connectivity check, ECC queue logs troubleshooting, MID selection algorithm.
- The person should have a clear concept of data flow between ServiceNow and MID instance and cloud resources
- Experience in hands on networking, network traffic routing, performing troubleshooting using SSH, PowerShell etc.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Solutioning and Consulting skills would be appreciated
