Job Description
We’re looking for a creative, highly skilled and ambitious marketer to join our marketing team.
You will be part of the marketing team that empower the sales team to achieve greatness.
This role is responsible for collecting all the good news from around our business – anything from product launches to tech innovations and site traffic – and translating this into compelling, customer-facing communications.
You will be responsible for arming our salespeople with the resources they need to build relationships, convert customers and generate revenue.
Specifically, you’ll be given the responsibility of creating and developing collateral, such as sales pitches, factsheets, videos and direct marketing activities, that make a real difference to the performance of the business.
Salary range: £30,000.00 to £45,000.00

Core Skills (Should Have)
• 3-4 years marketing experience – ideally B2B
• A flair for crafting marketing propositions and clearly translating these into a compelling tool kit of sales collatera
l• Proven track record of delivering B2B sales collateral that have driven pipelines, new business and client up-sells
• A creative thinker, who is not afraid to challenge the status quo
• Someone who is great with data and can confidently analyse and create sales stories from the numbers
• Strong written, numerical, verbal and presentation skills
• Fantastic at stakeholder management, preferably in a matrix organisation
Core Skills (Nice to Have)
• Knowledge of the online recruitment marketplace would be an advantage
