Salary Range: £80,000-£110,000
REQUIREMENTS
- •Strong structured finance/securitisation background, with significant experience in modelling warehouse financing and securitisations (as primary liability tools).
- • Strong understanding and experience of granular (loan level) asset modelling.
- • Ability to synthesise asset and liability modelling to a higher-level holistic financial model.
- • Exceptional Excel skills, ideally with strong programming language skills customary for financial modelling of this type, e.g., VBA or Python.
- • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Word for incorporation of modelling outputs into presentations and memos for senior management and the board.
- • Familiarity and experience with the ABS rating process and broad understanding of rating agency criteria and requirements for consumer loan ABS transactions.
- • Autonomous, adaptive, attentive to detail, diligent & thorough.
CORE SKILLS(NICE TO HAVE)
- • Familiarity and experience with review and negotiation of legal documentation customary for securitisations and asset-backed warehouse facilities.
- • Knowledge of key regulations impacting this type of funding strategy, e.g., ESMA / European Securitisation Regulation reporting and disclosure requirements.
