
Job Description:
Working with our company, you will be part of the team that builds creative digital marketing campaigns that engage and educate our B2B customers (hiring managers) about our products and recruitment solutions.
Reporting to the Lead Generation & Campaign Manager, your role is to design and build advanced ABM email campaigns to acquire, grow and win-back our B2B customers, delivering high quality, high value leads through to the sales team.

Core Skills (Should Have)
· Proven track record of managing and developing automated email lifecycle campaigns that contribute to lead generation.
· Strong understanding of email marketing principles, triggered email campaign testing, and performance optimisation.
· Experience in implementing highly targeted and segmented customer communications.
· Experience in reporting and analysis, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
· Strong understanding of customer data and segmentation.
· Strong experience of implementing email best practice. · Previous experience of marketing automation systems (Selligent would be advantageous but not essential).
· Knowledge and understanding of CRM (Salesforce preferably).
· Creative individual, driven and passionate about the customer journey and lifecycle, data and marketing automation.
· Team player: has a positive attitude with excellent communications skills, able to work collaboratively in different scenarios.
